Hey David,

I'm thrilled to hear that so many of your clients have come as a result of recommendations of your biz on GigPark! We are hearing similar results from more and more businesses like yours who are looking to take the good things their customers say about them and amplify them online.

Anyway, stay tuned for even more features to help businesses get even more business.

Really great post, David.

Our business would not be what it is today without some heavy use of online technologies and networking platforms. Reviews in particular are a major driver - word of mouth is king, queen and jester.

Thanks for the shout out for Sage Media, too :)

Craig,

I've found often that even rural areas have internet before they'd have things we take for granted in any urban center. I find it hilarious that there's places I know of that won't have a supermarket for another ten years but contain people that partake in facebook & twitter.

! Glad to hear you're using tech. to your advantage, I think it's something even us "techies" take for granted often enough. I know I sometimes even hate staying connected but there's a true beauty to it. :)

I appreciate your comment

Great post David. As we have concentrated on being very local and offer great services to business's in a very rural community who are just getting on the Internet, we have also begun to offer our services to similar rural areas all over.

I particularly love working with our local farms, bed and breakfasts, vacation rental properties, and bring the highest level of quality web development to the people, and watch their success rise through being on the web with a big presence.

I kind of snubbed my nose at Twitter, but after using it for a few weeks I have already connected with a potential client only a few towns over that I would have never known of. Good stuff...

Thanks
