As a result of the multiple timezone changes we’ve modified the timezones on the servers to UTC. UTC will allow us to remain on the same exact standard time no matter how frequently the regular timezones get switched around.

Time modifications can cause problems with e-mail reception, forums and other scripts. Switching to UTC avoids any further changes at any point!

Earlier today Bill (www.thain.org) submitted a ticket regarding UTC modification. It had been on my mind for several days to switch to it to avoid any impending doom as a result of all of the upcoming timezone changes.

About 15 minutes later I made the dive. Certainly not blogworthy, but eh ;)
